Highlights of This Van:

* INTERIOR CONDITION looks unlike any other cargo van you will find. Most importantly, it has had very limited, very light use. This is very obvious when you look at the ORIGINAL, factory optional one-inch-thick insulated rubber flooring that shows very little wear. And you can see that the plastic panels on all doors have no damage whatsoever and even the plastic rear cargo threshold has no cracks, no gouges, nice. Thousands invested, at wholesale cost, into new and recent mechanical and cosmetic care, upgrades and customization:

* EXTERIOR CONDITION is absolutely amazing! There is not a single ding, scrape, crack, rough spot, etc. This exterior looks as nice as most peoples 5-10 year old car. For a vehicle built to be a serious utility/work vehicle...this van is in astounding condition in every way.

* FUNCTIONAL: This has been our company vehicle for errands, tasks, and some pickup and delivery of the wheelchair vans we sell. In order to be ready for anything at a moments notice, it has been kept in top condition at all times. I would not hesitate to drive this across the country and back right now, even with a trailer behind it, even in 100 degree weather, or 20 degrees and snowing (Posi-traction helps so much). It is THAT solid and comfortable.

Factory Options and Equipment:

Note: I have the original window sticker and build sheet. This is a three quarter ton, but it is essentially equipped as a 1 ton. This has the optional, awesome 6.0 motor (this option cost nearly 10% of the entire van cost) and HD trans. Has the following factory features: power locks; am/fm radio; gauge package; high back, cloth front seats with armrests (SUPER rare in cargo van); larger mirrors; HD suspension; torsion bars; HD cooling; 410 gears; POSITRACTION!; front AND rear disc brakes; drivers side barn doors (EXTREMELY, SUPER- ULTRA RARE); intermittent wipers; center console; overhead area in front seating area has insulated, fabric covered headliner; this floor from front to rear is covered with one inch insulated flooring with rubber on top; etc;etc

Added features

OEM, correct era alloy wheels; tinted windows throughout; hitch/tow package; tach; quality fold-up two-person bench seat by the driver’s side, barn door entry; ceiling and side walls have been insulated and painted panels added to cover (this reduced sound and made the dash AC work much more effectively)

History of Ownership:

Only two since new. First owners were a senior couple, and he was in a wheelchair. They bought this brand new, for a purpose that is the lightest use possible for a HD full size van. They had a lift installed in it and only used it for the two of them and the wheelchair to go in. A dozen years and only 25,000 miles later, they had both passed away and their middle-aged son sold it to my business (because it was a wheelchair van). I removed the lift and started using it for our company uses mentioned above. We did use it for local driving, but that was only apx 30% of the total miles we put on it. Majority of the miles was regional trips on major highways. Therefore, there is no major difference between how this van drove, handles and feels, compared to when I got it with 25,000 miles. If you consider the nature of how cargo vans normally are used for hard work, this has surely had some of the lightest use of any full-size cargo van, and many full size passenger vans as well.

Carfax Report Summary

(Carfax is a widely used database which indicates the history of a vehicle including accidents, prior owners, etc.) Nothing notably negative or unusual. No airbags deployed...No damage leading to such report notes as salvage, totaled, etc...no "red marks" on the report...Carfax assures no accidents or damage of any kind, not even a minor incident...no lemon history...no odometer tampering...no derogatory remarks on the state-issued title

You Might Like To Know...

The Transmission was professionally rebuilt (not a used trans swap) the original transmission less than 10,000 miles ago. It never had notably failed, but it was shifting pretty odd between first and second. A pro told us it would be best to rebuild it, and so we chose to have it rebuilt, before it had any major symptoms.

Windshield was cracked and now is brand new

Please look at the very many close-up photos: If this were a passenger van, it would be in the best condition of any, anywhere near this price range. But as a cargo van, which tend to get worked HARD...this van is absolutely amazing!

My Wife and I have absolutely LOVED this van. It was a Godsend when we acquired it, because we needed to replace an older Ford Diesel truck and this came at the perfect time. The only reason we are selling this beauty is because we are winding down our wheelchair van business and no longer need this

Summary of this Gem

There could not possibly be another cargo van anywhere near this price range that can compare equally to this. There is no gimmicks or nonsense here. This is as nice as it appears to be. As mentioned above, we would have no hesitation to get in this and drive across the country and back. And finally, its notable that as a cargo van, it is equipped in a very rare, desirable way. We expect that the first sincere person who looks at this and drives it will be more than happy to buy it.

Important notes about appearance: You likely are amazed at the condition of every aspect of this interior (and exterior). You may think that much reconditioning, painting, and repairing has occurred? No, actually not! I absolutely promise you, other than professional cleaning, this interior has had nothing done to improve its appearance to prepare it for sale. This interior is so amazing, because it has had super light use and has been continuously babied by me and the original senior citizen owners.

*furthermore, other than misc small-brush paint touch up and a few coin size dings being professionally removed, there has been nothing done to improve the exterior. This van has been this nice for its entire life.
