2004 Ford three quarter ton touring/cruising van has super mobility conversion with AMAZING! Entry clearance and interior headroom
MILES 53,000 (sweet)
Price: $24,900

*** Mobility conversion was completed in 2005 by top-notch, national company, Mobility Works. They have apx. 70 dealer locations in apx. 30 states. They are the third largest maker/convertor of mobility vans. (Braun and their divisions are #1 and Ricon is #2)

*** Special Note: I am happy and proud to offer this van. When considering all factors, this three quarter ton (2500) van absolutely is in the top 1 percent of features, in comparison to all wheelchair vans I have offered. In 10 years, only a few vans I have experienced reach the overall, combined level of functional and cosmetic features as this van. Please read below

General Description

Began as a three quarter ton with 5.4 liter motor and auto with overdrive. Before conversion, had common power and convenience features, such as: power windows, locks and mirrors; tilt and cruise; XLT level of interior and exterior features, such as chrome bumpers, moderate level of interior and exterior trim features; etc. Then, when brand new, it was converted by a national conversion company named, "Tuscany".

Fancy "Tuscany" touring/cruising conversion: very long list of features, summarized here
Fancy exterior consisting of: nicely contoured and quite tall roof; two-tone burgundy and gold paint; custom graphics/striping; heavy duty chrome bumpers; towing package and wiring; stylish, functional running boards with steps; alloy wheels; fancy tinted windows with vents; rear spare carrier with fancy cover; and much more

Fancy interior consisting of: deluxe leather front and rear seats; rear seat power folds to a bed; seats have armrests; drivers seat has multiple power adjustments; ceiling storage bins and much real wood trim; fancy carpets, fabrics and trim; various special lighting; much more

Note: due to the speed of technology change, custom audio/video equipment in the middle and rear of the van is largely obsolete and is not covered by our usual assurance of condition. All or most of it may or may not be operational or useful at time of purchase. However, dash audio system will be brand new and have an input accessory port.

Very premium and rare combination of Mobility and Adaptive Features:
* Rare & valuable combination of tall doors PLUS lowered floor creates an amazing minimum entry clearance of...63 inches! This amount is the most of any van I have ever offered (in business for 10 years ) on a "personal use" wheelchair van. Scarcely few vans have more inches than mid-50's, even with the added feature called "tall doors". Of course, this combination of tall roof and lowered floor results in the interior headroom being similarly rare and amazing too!

* Power operated side doors

* Has the most awesome lift ever created, which is my personal favorite mobility device: Braun UVL (under vehicle lift). This has a whopping capacity of 800 pounds and a wide, long platform, which will accommodate most very large wheelchairs and their occupants. When stowed, this lift creates zero blockage or impedance of the vans interior.

* Middle floor area is lowered. (floor is NOT lowered in the front seat area, therefore, it is NOT possible to park a wheelchair in the front)

* Special rubberized material in the middle floor area where the wheelchair drives and parks.

* Various anchor point locations in floor, for securing wheelchair with straps.

* Wireless remote operation of side doors and lift. This is the key feature that is needed for wheelchair-bound folks who want to load, drive and unload himself or herself, with no assistance from anyone.

* Several locations of manual switches

Summary
as you have read above, this truly is a very special van. No matter if you have the special need for super dimensions and capabilities at this very rare level, and/or if you want an extremely nice wheelchair van with great miles, this one is gorgeous and oh-so-special. I will close by mentioning that the current cost for a new van with these features is approximately $75,000!

Dear Rick... I want to take this time to let you know how excited I am about the 95 Ford camping van that I bought from you. I just love it!! I truly appreciated your kindness, patience and understanding throughout the whole process. I also appreciate the quality of the van. You were nothing like those typical car salesman. You were friendly, cheerful and not pushy....and still gave me a great deal!!! I will certainly send folks your way.

Thanks again!
