Highlights of This Van:

apx. $3,200 of new and very recent mechanical service: details below
(extensive investment in cosmetic rejuvenation is in addition to this $3,200

* Few minivans of any era, including brand new ones, have more features than this Limited, which was ordered with many extra features that take it above and beyond the high level of the typical Limited model.

* Owned since new by an investment banking vice president. Much of these miles were accrued in the process of his commuting

* Please read all of the details below about this super van. It is quite amazing, in every regard

Options and Equipment

THE VAN:

* NOTE: The factory MSRP on this van BEFORE the mobility conversion was added was $38,000! WOW! See below

* This began as the absolute top-of-the-line 'Limited' model (plus has many extra options) which has the wonderful 4.2 liter 6 cylinder (great combo of power and decent MPG) and auto with overdrive. Because this is the top trim level out of 5, it is amazing how fancy and functional it is. Has a very long list of features due to being the Limited, such as; power windows, locks, mirrors and tilt and cruise; leather seats; middle row captains chairs with armrests; 3-zone climate control; fancy stereo; power drivers seat; stronger motor; 16 inch alloys wheels; two-tone body effects; upgraded interior and exterior trim; rear sonar bumper; much more. Plus, this one was ordered with virtually every option available and so in addition to the highly equipped Limited package, this one has optional features such as: floor consoled in front area; speed sensing volume control with 6 disc CD; security system; power hatch; power passenger seat; heated seats; side airbags and curtains.

MOBILITY:

* This was converted when brand new by the premium innovator, designer and builder of rear entry minivans, called VISION. This company is now a division of Braun, which is the largest company in the world regarding mobility vans and equipment. The conversion has these major features:

* Power operated rear hatch: no need to muscle the hatch up or down, its all easy

* Power operated rear ramp: works in conjunction with the hatch to open and close, ready for the wheelchair to load or unload in seconds, with the push of a button or flip of a switch.

* deeply lowered floor channel: this creates exceptional entry clearance and interior headroom. This channel goes all the way up to just behind the front seats, allowing parking the wheelchair very far forward, or anywhere ranging from that forward point, all the to the rear hatch area.

* various anchor point locations: many locations exist in the floor are in order to attach anchor straps to
-EZ-Lock electronic wheelchair anchoring unit: During our extensive rejuvenation process, there is new flooring installed. As is our standard procedure, this EZ-Lock unit has been unbolted, in order to have new flooring without undesirable holes in it. The unit is ready to be installed wherever desired, if the new owner does not want to use manual anchor straps to secure the wheelchair
-Nifty seating option: rear 2 person accessory seat. This seat folds up along the side of the van if not in use, but if you ever want to carry 6 people, but not a wheelchair, you can do that with this van.
-Note: this likely has a wireless remote to operate the gate and ramp, but we are not certain yet if this is true.

Please feel free to email or call me with any such questions. I will gladly assist with anything you wish to know. I have discovered that due to the unique way each person evaluates, measures and expresses their needs, I can be most helpful regarding this subject if we communicate directly.

History of Ownership:

* ONE OWNER SINCE NEW: yes, this is a very uncommon wheelchair van in that it has only had one owner in 10 years.

Certified

This vehicle is 'CERTIFIED': There are a combined 76 mechanical and cosmetic aspects  included in the Wheelchair Van Oasis "Certification" process.   A foundational step of the rejuvenation process is when each vehicle receives an extensive inspection by an objective, independent  third- party service and repair facility.  Suggested service, repairs and improvements are then performed by various professional specialists.   The  result is your assurance  that each of the 76 aspects  meets  or exceeds the condition level of good, or satisfactory.

For details regarding list of 76 cosmetic and mechanical aspects, please click here.
Each van does of course have various elements which exceed the promised level of good or satisfactory, which the "Certified" program assures.  Some are brand new improvements performed during rejuvenation.  And others are obvious service or repairs performed recently, prior to my ownership.  As for those, I only list here those positives which are certain, based on my either having a receipt, and/or due to being obvious to the inspecting-mechanic.  I refer to these as  "NEW OR RECENTLY SERVICED ASPECTS".

Here are the new and recent items:

New:

Partial front brakes; mega service/repair/replacement of front and rear A/C systems; air filter; lube/oil/filter; wipers; power window motor; camshaft synchronizer

Recent:
Partial front brakes; rear brakes;
* Approximate retail value/cost of above-listed items: $3,200
(extensive investment in cosmetic rejuvenation is in addition to this $3,200

* Each of my vans has a superb paint sealant as the final step of the extreme detail. If you were to have a professional apply a treatment the cost would be several hundred dollars.

Summary of this Gem

* Rear entry minivans are becoming more and more popular as years pass. They have existed for about 20 years, even though some folks have never seen one before. This one is so very rare, because it has only had one executive owner, but is even more rare because it is a Limited, PLUS it has many options. This is a very special used wheelchair van.
