Options and Equipment

THE VAN:

This one has a generous level of features, as it is a mid-trim level "SE" model. Has the smallish 6 cylinder motor with 3.3 liter displacement and automatic with overdrive, for better MPG. This contains cloth interior and has power and convenience features such as: power windows, locks and mirrors; tilt and cruise control; stereo; power rear vents; and much more. There are also several options such as rear ventilation.

GOODIES:

Custom stripes/graphics

MOBILITY:

When new this was converted by one of the industry giants which takes brand new vans and applies a very major process of conversion to the van. A van like this has a conversion that took place following extensive research and development, crash testing and efforts toward nice reliability of the conversion features.

* deeply lowered floor, extends from the rear seat area all the way to the dash. This creates super interior headroom and also great entry clearance.

* Power ramp out the passenger side door. This ramp is plenty wide, allowing for nearly any wheelchair and person to go in and out.

* Power sliding passenger side door. This operates in conjunction with the ramp and the "kneeling " suspension.

* "Kneeling" suspension. This sweet feature causes the van to lower several inches in the rear, which notably reduces the ramp angle, and makes going in and out smoother, easier, safer. Note: a switch allows for turning this feature off, if you don't want to use it, such as for loading directly on and off of a curb or sidewalk.

* Easily removable front seats. In a matter of seconds, you can flip a lever and remove or install either of the front seats.

* Many various locations in front, front-mid and rear-mid of floor for inserting anchor straps, for securing a wheelchair.

* Mobility conversion functions can be operated either with wireless remote, or via switches in various locations.

* This extensive conversion package includes wireless remote control, for operation of the ramp, door and suspension.

History of Ownership

ONE OWNER since new. Was owned by a middle-aged lady in a suburb of Denver.

Certified

This vehicle is 'CERTIFIED': There are a combined 76 mechanical and cosmetic aspects  included in the Wheelchair Van Oasis "Certification" process.   A foundational step of the rejuvenation process is when each vehicle receives an extensive inspection by an objective, independent  third- party service and repair facility.  Suggested service, repairs and improvements are then performed by various professional specialists.   The  result is your assurance  that each of the 76 aspects  meets  or exceeds the condition level of good, or satisfactory.
For details regarding list of 76 cosmetic and mechanical aspects, please

Each van does of course have various elements which exceed the promised level of good or satisfactory, which the "Certified" program assures.  Some are brand new improvements performed during rejuvenation.  And others are obvious service or repairs performed recently, prior to my ownership.  As for those, I only list here those positives which are certain, based on my either having a receipt, and/or due to being obvious to the inspecting-mechanic.  I refer to these as  "NEW OR RECENTLY SERVICED ASPECTS".

Here are the new and recent items:

New: oil/lube/service; mobility systems service; trans service; trans cooler line; wiper blades

Recent: Front brakes; rear brakes; all 4 tires

Approximate retail value/cost of above-listed items: $1,800 (extensive investment in cosmetic rejuvenation is in addition to this $1,800)

Carfax Report Summary

(Carfax is a widely used database which indicates the history of a vehicle including accidents, prior owners, etc.)
Nothing notably negative or unusual: no frame damage...no airbags deployed...no structural damage...no "red marks"...no major accident.

You Might Like To Know...

* Each of my vans has a superb paint sealant as the final step of the extreme detail. If you were to have a professional apply a treatment the cost would be several hundred dollars.

* Caravan, Voyager and Town & Country all all brands that are cousins to each other. They are virtually the same vans, with only misc differences between them.

Summary of this Gem

Of course, this vans biggest and best special feature is its amazingly low miles, by one owner. It also has the major package of features, operated by wireless remote control, which creates super value. This van could easily pass for one of half its age…yes, it is THAT nice.
