Highlights of This Van:

* Less than 1 percent of all Sienna's created over the years have been this top-of-the-line XLE Limited model.

* This was converted by the world leader of mobility equipment and van conversions, which is Braun/IMS (Independent Mobility systems)

* Please look closely at the high-resolution photos. This van is in phenomenal overall condition, and it is as fantastic functionally as it is cosmetically

Options and Equipment

THE VAN:

This began as the amazingly well-equipped "XLE Limited" model. This has the same, 3.3-liter VvT-i (strong, incredibly reliable, mid-20's MPG) 6-cylinder motor as the other models. This includes every feature/option possible, except for rear seat video. This van has all of the common power and convenience features that a moderate level Sienna would have, plus much more. Here is a summary of the major items that are unique to this rare model, and/or are options on other models: leather interior; glass power sunroof with sunshade; power both front seats, with extra features; side and rear airbags; heated front seats; CD and cassette stereo system with the awesome JBL Synthesis sound system with subwoofers, high power, etcetera; power rear hatch; both side sliders are power; Digital ventilation controls for front left, front right, and rear; 17 inch alloys; overhead trip computer in the front ceiling area; rear stereo controls; wood/leather steering wheel; chrome side body trim; extra misc interior and exterior cosmetic and functional features; plus more...

MOBILITY and ADAPTIVE Features

When new, the industry leader, Braun/IMS, converted this van. The lowered floor mobility conversion package is called..."RampVan. The wonderful, extensive, helpful package of features includes these primary items:

* Power ramp out the passenger side door. This ramp allows for nearly any wheelchair and person to go in and out

* Power sliding passenger side door. This operates in conjunction with the ramp and the "kneeling " suspension.

* "Kneeling" suspension. This sweet feature causes the van to lower several inches in the rear, which notably reduces the ramp angle, and makes going in and out smoother, easier, safer.

* Easily removable front seats. In a matter of seconds, you can flip a lever and remove or install either of the front seats

* Many various locations for inserting anchor straps in the floor, for securing a wheelchair.

* Includes 4 anchor straps

* Mobility conversion functions (power door and ramp and kneeling suspension) can be operated with switches in various locations, inside and outside of the van.

Note: over the 13 years I would frequently have people call or write to me, asking if I had a Honda or Toyota wheelchair van. I usually told them the "Unicorn story" as I wrote above. I am very happy to have this Sienna to offer. Based on my years of experience and the number of requests I have had for a Honda or Toyota, it seems that this van will be spoken for very quickly.

Dimensions, capacity and specifications:

Please feel free to email or call me with any such questions. I will gladly assist with anything you wish to know. I have discovered that due to the unique way each person evaluates, measures and expresses their needs, I can be most helpful regarding this subject if we communicate directly.

History of Ownership

I bought this from the estate of a paralyzed business owner who had recently died, who had been in a wheelchair for over 50 years. He died early this year. He had owned this since it was a few years old.

About "Certified" level mechanical and cosmetic condition

This vehicle is 'CERTIFIED': There are a combined 76 mechanical and cosmetic aspects included in the Wheelchair Van Oasis "Certification" process. A foundational step of the rejuvenation process is when each vehicle receives an extensive inspection by an objective, independent third-party service and repair facility. Suggested service, repairs and improvements are then performed by various professional specialists. The result is your assurance that each of the 76 aspects meets or exceeds the condition level of good, or satisfactory.

Each van does of course have various elements which exceed the promised level of good or satisfactory, which the "Certified" program assures. Some are brand new improvements performed during rejuvenation. And others are obvious service or repairs performed recently, prior to my ownership. As for those, I only list here those positives which are certain, based on my either having a receipt, and/or due to being obvious to the inspecting-mechanic. I refer to these as "NEW OR RECENTLY SERVICED ASPECTS".
