Goodies
Was converted into a touring/cruising style van when new by a major, nationally known conversion company. This package is called a Delegance and it is obvious why, because I think this is the most attractive full size wheelchair van I've ever had. This package includes such special features as: very fancy paint and graphics; large windows with elegant flush-mounted vents; fancy chrome bumpers; moderately tall, contoured roof with nifty little slivers of dark tinted windows along each side; alloy wheels; front and rear ventilation; nice audio and video system; power drivers seat; rear seat folds to a bed; nicely contoured and sturdy running boards and fender flares; real wood interior trim; much custom lighting; single-person captains chair along the drivers wall; much more

Mobility Features
Wheelchair lift: Yippee! This has my most favorite mobility feature that any van can have, which is the absolute best lift ever created, called a UVL, which is an acronym for under vehicle lit. This lift, produced by industry giant Braun, is hard to describe in words but its benefit is obvious and clear when you see photos of it. Simply put, this lift is neatly stored (via push of a wireless remote button) under the van and is only visible when being utilized. It has great capacity, which is 800 pounds and the platform is long and wide to accommodate even large people and wheelchairs. When stowed, this lift creates no blockage of the doorway whatsoever. Therefore, there is no interior area being wasted due to the lift being parking inside the doorway. This results in having enough space to park a wheelchair along the passenger side and also utilize the single captains chair along the drivers side area. This style of lift is in less than 5 percent of all wheelchair vans, primarily due to its cost being more than $10,000! This lift is the cat's pajamas, for sure!

Special floor project: NEW: this will have what is one of my favorite improvements on wheelchair vans, which is very helpful to the person in the wheelchair and able-bodied folks as well. I consider this feature to be an improvement that most wheelchair vans ought to have, old or new. You see, if you pay close attention to how floors typically are in personal use wheelchair vans, you will notice that they are usually not actually solid, smooth and level. Rather, they are somewhat lumpy, bumpy and not as easy to maneuver a wheelchair on as they can be. This is because the factory metal floor of a van is not actually smooth, it has ridges and contours...plus has a carpet pad which wheelchair wheels sink into a bit, creating resistance to maneuvering. Based on my specifications and design, one of the shops I work with greatly improves the original floor treatment by removing the existing carpet and pad and then installing a sheet of wood directly over the lumpy, bumpy, contoured metal floor. And it becomes a smooth, solid, level floor. And then a fantastic type of commercial flooring is used to cover the wood. This rubberized, very heavy-duty material is so tough, and easy to clean. And so, this van will have this new flooring package, which notably improves the interior function of the van for everyone. Floor anchor points and straps: Includes 4 NEW anchor point units that are ready to be installed in the location where you choose to install them once you have acclimated to the van and know where you want them to be. Includes at least 2, possibly 4, anchor straps.

Rejuvenation has begun: I have recently acquired this van and the extensive rejuvenation process has begun, which is carried-out by various professional shops and specialists. NOTE: I am always searching for more vans which are a nice addition to the mix of vans we have to offer. Dear Rick... I want to take this time to let you know how excited I am about the 95 Ford camping van that I bought from you. I just love it!! I truly appreciated your kindness, patience and understanding throughout the whole process. I also appreciate the quality of the van. You were nothing like those typical car salesman. You were friendly, cheerful and not pushy....and still gave me a great deal!!! I will certainly send folks your way.

Thanks again!
